Authors are not required to pay any fees for manuscript submission, editorial screening, peer review, acceptance, publication, or online access to published articles. UJMPPS is committed to promoting equitable access to scholarly publishing by ensuring that publication decisions are based solely on academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s aims and scope. The absence of APCs ensures that researchers, scholars, practitioners, and early-career academics can publish their work without financial barriers.
